Order Stages and Cancellation Windows
Stage 1: Order Submission & Review
Timeline: From order submission until manufacturer selection
Cancellation: Full refund available with no charges
Process: Contact our support team to cancel your order
Refund Time: 3-5 business days
Stage 2: Production Preparation
Timeline: After manufacturer selection until production starts
Cancellation: 90% refund (10% processing fee applies)
Reason: Covers administrative costs and manufacturer preparation
Refund Time: 5-7 business days
Stage 3: Production in Progress
Timeline: Production has commenced but not completed
Cancellation: 50% refund (50% covers materials and work done)
Assessment: Refund amount may vary based on production progress
Refund Time: 7-10 business days after assessment
Stage 4: QC Inspection & Delivery
Timeline: Products completed and undergoing QC or in transit
Cancellation: No refund available (order completion imminent)
Alternative: Quality guarantee applies if products don't meet specifications
Exception: Refunds considered for extraordinary circumstances
Refund Eligibility Criteria
Eligible for Refund
- • Products not meeting approved specifications
- • Manufacturing defects identified by QC
- • Significant delays beyond agreed timeline (30+ days)
- • Manufacturer inability to fulfill order
- • Order cancellation within allowed timeframes
- • Force majeure events preventing delivery
Not Eligible for Refund
- • Change of mind after production starts
- • Customer-provided specifications were incorrect
- • Products meet specifications but customer expectations differ
- • Delays caused by customer (approvals, payments)
- • Orders completed and delivered successfully
- • Custom products meeting agreed specifications
