Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Manufacture Hub platform operated by Manufacture Hub Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Manufacture Hub website, mobile applications, and related services.

"Customer" refers to businesses or individuals who place manufacturing orders through our platform.

"Manufacturer" refers to verified production facilities that fulfill orders through our platform.

"Order" refers to a manufacturing request submitted by a Customer through our platform.

"Services" refers to our B2B manufacturing marketplace and related services.

"QC Inspector" refers to our quality control professionals who inspect products before delivery.

Platform Services

Our Role

Manufacture Hub operates as an intermediary platform that connects Customers with verified Manufacturers. We facilitate the entire process from order placement to delivery, including:

• Order management and manufacturer matching
• Bidding process facilitation
• Quality control inspections
• Payment processing and escrow services
• Logistics coordination
• Customer support throughout the process

Service Categories

We currently support manufacturing in the following categories:

• Gifting: Corporate gifts, promotional items, custom merchandise
• Textile: Clothing, fabrics, home textiles, industrial textiles
• Food Packaging: Food containers, packaging materials, custom packaging
• Other Categories: As approved and added to our platform

User Responsibilities

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete order specifications
• Maintain valid contact information and business details
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Cooperate with QC inspection processes
• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes

Manufacturer Responsibilities

• Maintain valid business licenses and certifications
• Provide accurate capability and capacity information
• Submit competitive and honest bids
• Meet agreed quality standards and timelines
• Cooperate with QC inspection processes
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Comply with all applicable manufacturing regulations

Order Process and Terms

Order Placement

Customer submits order requirements through our platform
Our admin team reviews and assigns a field agent
Field agent contacts customer to confirm specifications
Order is made available to relevant manufacturers for bidding
Best bid is selected and presented to customer with our service fee
Customer approves or requests negotiations
Upon approval, manufacturer begins production

Quality Control Process

• QC inspection is mandatory for all orders before delivery
• Our certified QC inspectors visit manufacturing sites
• Products must meet specified requirements and quality standards
• QC reports are shared with customers before final approval
• Products failing QC must be corrected before delivery

Delivery and Acceptance

• Delivery is arranged through our approved logistics partners
• Customers have 48 hours to report delivery issues
• Acceptance is deemed complete after 7 days without reported issues
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Circumventing our platform to deal directly with manufacturers
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to manipulate the bidding process
• Using the platform for illegal or unethical purposes
• Sharing login credentials or unauthorized access
• Reverse engineering or copying our platform
• Harassing or abusing other users or our staff
• Violating intellectual property rights

Account Termination

By You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Ongoing orders must be completed or cancelled
• Account data will be retained as per our Privacy Policy

By Us

• We may terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Immediate termination for fraudulent activities
• 30-day notice for other terminations

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date indicates when Terms were last modified.
